Crystal Super OLED
This is the no-compromise end of the Crystal range. The Sony micro-OLED engine swaps the Super's QLED panels for self-emissive 3840×3552 displays, which means true per-pixel blacks rather than backlight approximations - the single biggest visual upgrade there is for night racing, where a backlit panel washes shadow detail into grey and an OLED holds it. Pimax's three-layer pancake optics give a noticeably more consistent sweet spot than the Crystal Light's glass aspherics, and 90Hz eye tracking drives genuine dynamic foveated rendering, so your GPU only renders sharp where you're looking. The honest trade for sim racers is refresh: this engine caps at 90Hz, where the QLED Super and the Light both reach 120Hz - so you're weighing OLED black depth against high-refresh motion clarity at speed. Although, the frame rates will affect everyone differently as I am quite happy at 90hz where i've heard other real need that 120hz for less eye fatigue. Add a $2,199 price, a hard dependency on a strong GPU with DLSS, and the fact that it only shipped in late 2025, and this is a deliberate flagship for people who put image quality first. (Warning: Strong GPU required)
